DAVE LOADER – MANAGER SECURITY SERVICES

Dave has had extensive experience in the delivery and management of Security Services.

He first entered the industry in 1973.  After three years working in the Cash Services area, he was promoted to Branch Manager for one of the major industry players.  Over the next seven years, he held a number of Branch Management positions.  During this time, Dave was also involved in a number of special projects.  One of these involved restructuring inter-branch delivery of Cash Services, something that his previous banking experience helped him to complete successfully.  He also obtained considerable experience in various other security services including security guarding, patrols and alarm monitoring.

Armed with this experience, Dave then successfully made the transition to a functional security specialist.  His first role was as National Operations Manager, Cash Services.  In this role he had direct responsibility for management of all cash centres nationally.  This involved managing all aspects of the operation including client relationships and service quality.  He remained in this and related roles for seven years until stepping out and setting himself up as a contractor to one of the largest Security Services providers.
