DEBBIE SCHWARZ - MANAGER STAFF VETTING SERVICES

Debbie is a people person with great communication skills and brings a wealth of workplace experience to this role.

Debbie’s previous positions include Tutoring, Human Resources, Office Management and Marketing.  In addition she has also completed studies in the areas of:

In her role with ICON Group, Debbie is responsible for the processing and reporting of hundreds of staff vetting checks each week.  From her experience and knowledge of relevant legislative requirements, Debbie can offer sound and practical advice on the suitability of short listed candidates.

As Debbie notes “I have a strong interest in Human Resources, particularly the recruitment, training and end to end candidate selection process.  Being a little ‘seasoned’ in this process in the past has proved to me that finding the right person for the position not only increases job satisfaction (and therefore a lower attrition rate) but also maximizes business productivity overall.”
