Process Serving ('Document Service')

Service of legal documents upon another party is an important part of the legal process. ICON Group provides this service to legal firms, barristers, government departments and various other financial institutions.

Our service delivery is managed by Geoff Brand - Manager Legal Support. Geoff has years of experience with process serving and related services. In addition, our process servers have many years of process serving experience. We believe that this is important as both the effectiveness of the service and the public perception of the firm serving the documents are clearly dependent on having competent and professional people actually providing the service.

With the support of our nationwide network of process servers, we are able to offer a very efficient and professional service.

Debt Recovery

A fundamental point of difference between ICON Group's debt recovery service and that of most other providers, is that we are a legal support service. As such, we do not charge commissions on monies recovered as is usual practice with debt collection agencies. We believe that commissions are a major hidden cost that frequently result in the client obtaining poor value for money.

ICON Group's approach to debt recovery is to charge a flat fee for services (no commission) but be accountable for the results by monitoring agreed performance criteria. In our experience this ensures the service is cost effective whilst keeping the focus on results.
